By purchasing the ticket(s) you have agreed to the following terms and conditions:

• Entrants must be physically fit to participate and, if necessary, should consult their GP for advice.
• Entrants under 5 must have a participating adult running with them.
• Entrants under 16 must be accompanied by an adult who remains on the field during the race.
• Whilst every reasonable care is taken, entrants cannot hold the organisers or landowners responsible for their safety.
• The course is unsuitable for wheelchair users, and no accompanying dogs or following cycles are allowed.
• All entrants must show consideration for other users of the recreation ground.
• Entry fees are non-refundable. This also applies if the event is cancelled due to circumstances outside the organiser’s control.
• The organisers reserve the right to withdraw entrants from the event, and anyone that opts to continue does so entirely at their own risk
• Participants should consider wearing suitable googles/glasses to protect their eyes from powder paint 
• The powder paint will stain clothes
• Asthma sufferers or anyone with breathing difficulties are advised to stay away from the Colour Stations 
• Please bring your own water bottle, we will gladly refill it for you
• By purchasing a ticket you are confirming you have read and agree to abide by the terms of this disclaimer.

Are your powders safe? 

We believe our powders are the safest powders available, EN71 certified for use by children, made from ground maise (cornflower), not recommended for children under 3 years old. 

Do we need eye protection? 

There is an advisory for eye protection, goggles meet this advisory, sunglasses do not! as they technically are not sealed at the top/ bottom and sides. 

Are The powders washable? 

Our powders may stain clothing as they contain a coloured dye, we advise a white t-shirt to show off our bright colours to their true effect, and old clothing. Let’s be honest we wash now at 30-40 degrees and this just won’t washout the powder in one wash. 

Can we protect the colour and reuse the t-shirt? 

Great question as the children seem to love the t-shirt now all bright and colourful, and you can semi fix the powder into the t-shirt simply by spraying white vinegar onto the t-shirt and ironing with a hot iron over grease proof paper. This will allow a quick wash 2 or 3 times before the powder fades. 

Skin and hair - will the powder wash out? 

Our powders are coloured with cosmetic dyes so washing should not be a problem, but please remember that some hair products will make washing more difficult, stick to your normal washing routine, and repeat of necessary. 

Terms and Conditions: Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket is grounds for seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify ticket holders of the cancellation. We do not guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event.
